- ➤ West Michigan café MudPenny is launching its new 3,500 sqft restaurant in the Holiday Inn at Spring Lake; remodeling is underway and will finish by mid- to late March, and the restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner plus room service as part of a new partnership. MLive
