- ➤ Workers put up the final steel beam for the Acrisure Amphitheater canopy on March 16th in downtown Grand Rapids (201 Market Ave SW), marking the middle of the $184 million build. The venue will hold 12,000 people, used 3.2 million pounds of steel, and will open in May 2026 as public and private money fund the work. MLive
