- ➤ Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said she stands by charges against former trooper Brian Keely for killing Samuel Sterling—even though a federal judge dismissed them because of insufficient evidence and federal immunity—and said her office will appeal the ruling—warning that this outcome could set a dangerous legal precedent. - ➤ Grand Rapids' historic Four Star Theatre was awarded $325K from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation's Revitalization and Placemaking (RAP) program to complete phase two of its restoration.
