More than 1,000 residents gathered Saturday morning at Riverside Park for the fifth annual Paws With A Cause fundraiser, where music, dog races, and a new PAWS in the Park 5k and 1-mile Fun Run/Walk brought families and vendors together.

The event raised funds to support custom-trained assistance dogs that help transform lives in the community.
