- ➤ A rarely-used Cyanokit saved a man's life after Alpine Township firefighters rescued him from a mobile home fire early Tuesday morning in Alpine Meadows Mobile Home Park north of Walker—paramedics treated his smoke inhalation and transported him in critical condition to Butterworth Hospital. - ➤ Today at Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park, the 26-foot bronze sculpture Amalgam Origin by Nick Cave opened to the public.
