- ➤ A vacant lot in Cascade Township will be redeveloped as part of an expansion of Tassell Park, adding a pedestrian crossing and amenities like a natural playground, river overlooks, and themed areas. - ➤ A capacity crowd filled the Zeeland Township hall Tuesday, Dec. 9, as residents voiced opposition to a planned $300 million solar farm proposed by RWE — which would span up to 1,100 acres in Zeeland and Jamestown and could change local farmland — while township planners work on new regulations.
