- ➤ Grand Rapids nonprofit The Diatribe is raising funds to finish its new culture hub in an 18,300-square-foot building on Division Ave—rising inflation has pushed the project cost to $9 million. The group has already raised $6.8 million and plans to secure the final $2.2 million to open the center this fall as a space for affordable housing, retail, workspaces and after-school programs.
